Dynamic Pedal Instances and Cleaner Preset Banks

The multi-effector now supports dynamic pedal instances, so you can use combinations like multiple delay pedals in the same chain.

Preset bank behavior has been improved: Bank 1 keeps a default full chain for quick start, while other banks can stay empty for custom builds.

This makes it easier to keep one ready-to-play baseline and separate personalized banks for different songs or styles.
