Delay Update: Digital Note Mode and Tap Tempo

The Delay pedal now supports two timing modes: Exact time (seconds) and Digital note mode.

In Digital mode, delay time is calculated from BPM and note value, with selectable options: 1/32, 1/16, 1/16t, 1/16d, 1/8, 1/8t, 1/8d, 1/4, 1/4t, 1/4d, 1/2, 1/2t, 1/2d, and 1/1.

A new global BPM Tap control has been added to the multi-effector header (default 120 BPM), and digital delay timing updates from your tapped tempo.

The Delay editor now shows a dedicated Digital switch and context-aware controls: Time in Exact mode, Note in Digital mode.
